Hushd Avera Anti-Snoring Mouthpiece

Not great. These moulded ok initially But After wearing i notice things changed ,the mould changes shape slightly with temperature. Eg leave out for a day and next wear they have shrunk . Peservering with the fit i found the mould makes my teeth move in the gums causing discomfort and pain . Once in the design does work,it pulls jaw forward but its the whole experience encountered thats the problem. If i could return them i would, but forced to keep trying them and make them work ( hygene reasons cant return) …. So its heat mould use amd hope they become usable with minimum fuss . Professionally made mouthguards cost hundreds( thousands) but might be the better choice though as that material may not behave like these guards i dont know. Would i buy these again ? No … if i end up not being able to use these nightly then theres $112.50 wasted…
