Very useful IF you use the notebooks as a tool for achieving your goals. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The print is very small and hard to read. The ink is very light colored within the book so be aware if reading light colors is hard for you. I feel like some pages may be out of order. Overall good information and easy to follow process through events using the books.
