Returns are not easy.

I bought a product and it arrived with no issues. I realized it didn't properly fit what I needed and have contacted this company twice asking to start the return process but have been ignored.

Beautiful light but falls off

The light from this is beautiful, and it is very light. Unfortunately, at three different times during the wedding, a guest would run to me to give me the top that had fallen off, until, poof it was gone. Really a shame, because the light is soft and wide, but if it doesn't stay on, how can I recommend it?
