Extremely Disappointing Experience I ordered a BRB Tool Carrier and the item arrived one week late with no meaningful tracking updates throughout the delay. The shipment repeatedly showed generic “In Transit to Next Facility” scans and missed the original delivery window without explanation. When the package finally arrived, it included a USPS notice stating the contents became unsecured during processing and had to be rewrapped. As a result, the Safariland belt mount component was missing from the package. So not only was the order late, it arrived incomplete. While the company stated they were “monitoring the situation,” there was no proactive resolution, no firm timeline, and no urgency shown — even after I explained the item was needed for work. Shipping reliability and proper packaging are part of the customer experience. If you are ordering gear that you depend on professionally, be aware that delays and fulfillment issues may not be handled promptly.
