Beautiful, But Not Secure

I received my 14k gold stud earrings, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, one of the screw backs was defective. One back worked on both earrings, but the other one would not thread on properly. I reached out to Nolters to request a replacement and they contacted me to advise that they could send me a labeled envelope to return the earrings so that they could send out a replacement. I have still not heard back, so I can't give a revised review.
