Unflattering material, too long

I was hoping these would be like a utility update on the Way High Curve Jean, which i love. But sadly not. The calico fabric creases easily and bunches unflatteringly around the waist in a way that denim doesn’t. And they seem to be cut longer than other equivalent Everlane styles. Unfortunately because of the adjustable cuff detail I can’t hem them, so they just pool unflatteringly around my ankles. And sadly I can’t return them as i wore them out of the house without stopping to consider them properly (and the issues I’ve described become worse after a wear as the material softens). So now I’m afraid they will just sit unworn on my wardrobe. Regretful purchase :(

Firstly, chat and communication from Everlane is always excellent. Sizing: the size 29 in the Way-High Jean 2. 0 is too big. Fabric, quality, stretch - excellent. I love the quallity of Everlane jeans, and this is my 6th pair. Sizing does depend on the style, and as I reside in Australia, it is hard to guage the right right fit via online.

Lose their shape on the first wear

These were really pretty out of the bag but run big and lost their shape within the fist hours of wear. I would absolutely size down in this color. I didn’t have these issues with the black pair of the same style and size.
