Great jacket, poor delivery

The jacket is great. Unfortunately it arrived in a bag, and was so crumpled up that it is full of creases. I’m not sure what to do about it.

Very strange sizing

I'm normally a Medium but had to get an XS or I'd be swimming in this coat. The XS fits great except the sleeves are too long, so I fold the cuffs up. But I love the silhouette and the fabric. The hood is removable, which is nice.
