Kora Models Junkers Ju 488 A-1/A-5/V-401 1/72 Canopy Paint Masks, Kit # 7275 (72051)

This mask is a great choice for your Toad Resins Ju 488 V-403 kit, too!

I recently bought this excellent mask for the Kora Ju 488 A-1/A-5/V-401 resin kit. Now I plan on buying another since it will be helpful for another kit, too: Toad Resins Ju 488 V-403. The first picture below shows the Kora kit’s clear parts on the left, and the Toad Resins’ clear parts on the right. In the second picture, please note that the Kit-Masx kabuki mask pieces (shown in the middle) are made to fit perfectly inside the crisp frames molded into the vacuum-formed clear parts of the Kora kit (on the left). The 40+ year-old Toad Resins’ clear parts (on the right) are have essentially no frame detail, and this is where the Kit-Maskx mask will come in so very handy: the Kit-Masx pieces can be carefully placed on the V-403’s canopy for laying out and airbrushing neat frame lines onto the smooth Toad Resins clear parts which otherwise has no frame lines of its own.
