This tumbler is nice because it is made to hold medium iced coffees perfect and you can also use the twist lock lid instead of the straw. All my drinkware is Thermos. You pay a comparable price as other plastic tumblers but these things last a lifetime and can take a beating. Hot or cold coffee and water storage for on the go is what gets the most use. I have the Icon and King series in different varieties. They are durable, great design with durable quality materials. They go everywhere with me and can be thrown in a backpack with no mess.

Like the thermos but customer service poor

I do like my thermos and would give it more stars, but I had a couple questions about the product. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER & had to resend email to customer service multiple times to get response. Never did get an answer on what grade was the stainless steel used. You pay a lot with shipping, it was almost $50 bucks and you can’t get basic questions answered.
