Ordered it as a gift

I have purchased one of these mats as a bday gift for my 70y dad who has lots of skin inflammation. There were some issues with the shipping, but Jen and the team were quick and have put all of their efforts to ensure it arrives on time for dad's bday. I am very appreciative of the service provided, so much so that I recently purchased one of the mats for myself too. I do already have a grounding bed sheet so it's still early to fully ascertain. However, I have noticed having slightly more groundedness and consistency in energy throughout the day since having the mat on my workdesk. And in regards to my dad...well...he's still hasn't set it up even though I nudge him often. He's a tough cookie but I know that once he tries something and feels a benefit, he sticks to it and goes around telling everyone about it. So will update once that time comes :D For anyone considering or doubting, I'd say just give it a go! There's really no harm in trying - rather the opposite! Miracles galore

I purchased the grounding mat a couple of months ago, mainly for my back. Not expecting anything but hoping for some improvement. Felt rather painful for few days, barely had any sleep. After about 10 days I suddenly noticed that my sleep improved, my mood improved, I no longer needed herbal remedy to take before work so I can't be stroppy to another one of my colleagues because of my Menopause. I noticed legs started being detached from ky warn put body as it appeared they suddenly started fast forwarding themselves as it felt like they begun to be a lot more speedy that they were up to that point. I noticed I no longer needed to grab the metal headding of my bed in order to drag myself to tge edge if the bed in order to slowly get off the bed and get up. I can now put my socks on by lifting up my knees whereas up to that point I had to place my feet on the stool or do it sideways, which wasn't particularly comfortable. I no longer have stiffness and pain in my legs when I squat down to clean my cats 2 litter boxes and need a momentum before stepping up. I am comfortably awake during the whole night when doing night shifts, focused, switched on. I am no longer fatigued, happier, in fact I feel like 10 years younger. I had a gap of 4 days when I wasn't in a position to ground myself recently and did not like one bit the pain andcthe atifness that started coming back. My lips started being red again-they have not been red since I was a child. I am still exploring the concept although I bought it knowing it will work fir me abd can not wait to see what else the mat and the matresscover as well as patches have fir me in the future. Helps with inflammation

It really helped with my lower back pain! I use it in the office and at home while watching Tv. Good quality and I must say I can’t live without it!
