Black Mission Fig Balsamic Vinegar

Best tasting vinegar for this house!

This is our all-time favorite vinegar. We use it on salads, in many recipes and love it cooked in collard greens. It's also mild and smooth. Other vinegars have caused me to choke and cough (I'm elderly), but this never has! I can enjoy it without causing throat or swallowing issues. I will be buying on a regular basis and telling all my friends about this wonderful vinegar - and The Olive Scene - since we can no longer get it from our local stores that closed permanently. I'm so grateful!

Black Mission Fig balsamic vinegar is delightful! First use was a light drizzle over a salad with OS Picual olive oil. I can't wait to try other uses for it!
