Multi Grip Thick Curl & Tricep Bar

Great buy!

I've been buying various bits of equipment from Strength Shop for a few years. Just like everything I've bought previously, this bar holds up in terms of quality and build. Perfect for a narrow garage gym like mine. The thicker grip feels great and I like that there's various ways you can hold it. This product feels like it is built to last a long time. Shoulder pressing, tricep skull crushers, curls, rows and close grip bench pressing can all be utilised with this bar. Many thanks as always!

Great but not perfect

Really happy with the product overall, my only slight issue is that the outside 2 grips have been welded at slightly different distances within the frame so its probably gunna affect heavier lifts a little. Other than that, quality is great and fully happy with the product
