This is such a well made bar and looks and feels like it will last a thousand years. My arm wrestling team have enjoyed doing over hand rack pulls and wrist curls. It is substantially harder than the 50mm bar. The knurling does help slightly. Price, delivery and product all 10 out of 10.

Great bar

I’ve just started back doing the weights and wanted to strengthen my grip strength, this bar is ideal for that, I use it for everything instead of a normal standard Olympic bar (squats-over head press- bench- deadlift- biceps -triceps) I recommend this type of bar for anyone wanting to get stronger
