Would not recommend

Experience overall was very poor. Misleading size information on the website. I messaged via instagram to clarify and was told to size down. The shoes have arrived and are far too small, I have no idea where the recommendation to size down comes from. I’ve now contacted customer service team through instagram 3 separate times to arrange a return and have been completely ignored.
