Shiny not sticky

I used this over the lip stain to add a little shine. It tingles a little but not uncomfortably so. It is not sticky. It does make my lips appear a little more full, and since I'm in my late 60's, I appreciate that!

Never tried a lip balm before ,but was pleasantly surprised to find that I liked this one very much ,with no adverse reaction( most lipsticks make my lips dry) wish the shine lasted longer though .but not to worry,will keep applying it ,because I,m finding it very moisturising !
