The product was good, but it took a very long time to get to me. I had to email twice because I hadn’t even gotten a notice that it had been shipped. The first time, they told me production would take up to 15 business days. This wasn’t a custom order, but I waited. After 17 business days, and no updates, I emailed again. This time, I was told production would take up to 20 days. After that email, however, I immediately got a shipping notification email, so I guess I reminded them.

Ordered the XL. Measured on the longest diagonal edge, the item is quite small in comparison to the photos on the website. Beautiful product, but did not meet expectations due to smaller than expected size.
