I love the robe and the embroidery, but unfortunately it is very rough at the back of my neck and levels scratch marks across the back of my neck which making it uncomfortable to wear. I have washed it serval times hoping this would solve the problem, but unfortunately it hasn't. I have already emailed you on one occasion, but i haven't heard from you.

I love it, although it is a little heavier than expected. You dropped one star, (maybe it should have been two) because the robe is Made in China!
