I bought 3, I consider the SitSmart to be disposable - and that is a good thing! If I accidentally lose one, I have a backup ready to go. The seat is the solution to hip/lower back posture problems!

I haven't used it yet because it's to small. Im sure its a good product I just don't have enough support for my back. I will try again to reach out with the company for a refund or exchange.

It's deceptively simple but works!
