The first pixel bud that I received was defective in that it wouldn't charge and was unable to connect. When I requested a replacement, it was immediately sent and I was given 10 days to return the old one. The second pixel bud connected immediatly and has been working well for the last week. Great option to replace the one ear piece instead of having to buy a whole new set. I willccertainly use this company again.

Exact Replacement

Needed a replacement for one that I lost. This was an exact replacement matching the color, form, and function of the original. Arrived by mail within a week of ordering. Ear bud was charged at 50% so easy to test right out of the box. Contained instructions for pairing. Essentially, you delete the existing Bluetooth profile and re-pair the buds to create a new one. Bud fully charged up using the original case.

Excellent product

This product was exactly as described. It arrived quickly and was able to set it up within minutes and works perfectly. So glad you had this available as my husband crushed his right one in the recliner. Now he’s back to listening to his reels in private. Haha. Thank you
