Plus Evelyn Rosette Lace Long Gown

NOT A FAN OF THIS GOWN

I did not care for this gown. It is not very fitted in the waist and hip area. I feel like it just hangs on me like a hanger.

LOVE THE SPARKLE!

I returned the Dove but purchased the navy rendition of this Rosette dress. The little bit of sparkle the dress colored sequins give adds so much. I love that the pattern is the same all over, which means there is no focal point for any part of my too big body. The wedding isn’t until July. It will need hemming, but that seems to be straightforward enough. Should a miracle occur, and I actually lose weight, taking it in would not be difficult. I’m looking forward to wearing this dress in July. Do order it a size smaller than your normal size!

Beautiful, well made dress with just the right amount of sparkle. It suits my more modest taste. Unlike beaded dresses, it’s not heavy. So it feels cooler for my girl’s late May wedding. I got a 14W instead of the 16W that the chart recommended, since it runs large, and it fits well. It’s a bit stretchy, nice for dancing.
