Lacks Documentation

I think some rudimentary documentation included with the Adaptor would have been helpful. First time attempting to use, it didn't seem to work and I couldn't extract it from the charging port. After a quick call to your help line the problem was resolved but that goodness it didn't happen outside working hours.

Easy to use

Tested this out by charging my portable backup battery and worked fine.

Seems great

Bought for some like car camping. Limited use busy seems solid and works well with an electric skillet.
