I asked JetSet for a custom 14K gold Canadian passport charm with 12 passport stamps, and the company delivered! It is incredibly beautiful, detailed, and everything that I was hoping for! I ordered for myself, and I want to order another one as a gift for my mother. It took longer than expected, and when I inquired as to a timeline and the delay, JetSet offered to send me a 14K charm free of charge. They gave me a choice of charms, I gave them my top three choices, and they sent me a beautiful gold crown charm. Despite the time that it took, I am incredibly happy with my order. And it is easy to tell that the extra time went into the product. Would highly recommend.
