Writing this to praise the great customer service. My holster broke and Zizo was immediately responsive. Got a replacement kit (case, too!) within days. Appreciate them standing behind the warranty with no questions asked.

Not my first and won't be my last. Great cases supreme protection.

I even tried to soften the rubber case in hot water, but no luck. I could not get the case to fit.
