Good luck trying to open these things

I have VERY strong thumbnails. I could not get any of the charms to open using them. I tried the "charm opener". No luck. I finally used a staple remover. After grabbing the appropriate amount of hair, I had to use brute strength to get the latch closed. Then when I proceeded to remove the charm, I couldn't open it b/c I couldn't see or feel the opening. I will admit the charm did not slip out (& I have very thin hair). But I probably will gift them as I am not willing to spend 20 minutes placing one charm. Or another 20 trying to remove it. Also, I think that allowing customers only five days to decide if they like the charms is not sufficient. A good idea poorly executed.
