Stopped working after 1 day of use, tried to get help and have to wait a week for customer service to talk to me via an appointment.

Not worth the price smaller works better

I purchased this and did not select an oil with it because I didn’t want to be tied to a subscription BUT, I am getting emails telling me to change my payment plan for my required subscription. I don’t know how this got mixed up, but I have had such a bad experience with customer service that I am not surprised this got messed up also. Love the machine, but I don’t know how long I am going to deal with all the customer service problems.
