My mom purchased a sweatshirt from here for me for Christmas. When I opened it, it did not look as pictured. The color is way off, the picture looked like a different brand and they sent me a cheaper brand. You can hardly even see the black writing, where it was clear as day in the picture. I emailed them on Christmas Day after opening it and noticing it looked different. They emailed back December 26th to say they were going to be in the office the following day and would look into it and I've heard nothing from them since. Which is unfortunate, because I was planning on purchasing the checkered tote bag that's available for pre-order, along with a few other things. But I don't think I'll be making future purchases.
