Not only is the bag absolutely phenomenal. I don't want to ruin the surprises for anyone, but people will think you have a cat in a suspicious position. Their customer service is absolutely beyond phenomenal. They were kind, accommodating and just unbelievable. I plan on ordering the grey cat ASAP. This is the 3rd backpack I've bought from Chongker and I adore her just as much as the others. My daughter named her Cinderpelt, after the Warrior Cats book series. It comes with 3 different types of straps for endless creativity. I use a rollator, so I love the short black strap. With it over the handle and Cinderpelt sitting on the seat, she looks like a real cat and has fooled quite a few people.
