Kittens is finally here

The kitten has finally arrived at our house ...she is wonderful...British shorthair blue....she is very adventurous and is going to enjoy her cat wall immensely....day one pic posted.

Good but issues

The actual items are good quality and well built but the problem we are having is that they don’t stay on the drywall. We have had the shelf fall off several times and we tried better hardware as well. If some of the pieces had 4 screws instead of 2 that might help. We have to figure out how to reinforce all of them so no one gets hurt falling. They just don’t hold with drywall.

Much of my original shipment was lost during shipment, customer service promptly responded and replaced the items that were lost.
