I love it!!!

The item is nice but the owner often forgets to send you the order. This has happened 3 times with this store. I pre-ordered things and when the pre order date came then passed I reached out. I was told she had forgotten. Then the order was sent and one item left out. I reached out again. Then my items were sent. Again this is 1 of 3 experiences. I think the owner needs support
