Great pickup for Fender Precision V

Replaced the stock Am Pro II pickup in my Precision 5-string. The Nordstrand provides more low-end, especially on the E and B strings, and adds growl and punchiness in the lower mids. The D and G strings have a fuller tone. I would recommended this upgrade if you feel that the stock pickup is too bland.

Nordstrand NP5FA 5 String Precision Bass Pickup for Fender

I took a chance, having only heard great things about Nordstrand pickups and preamps...but never playing through them. Well, the hype is real. These are excellent pickups! The guys at Fat Bass Tone answered my questions and shipped fast. I was looking for a P bass pickup that had clarity, presence and punch and these pickups deliver all of that. Super happy!
