I put these in my custom bass. They were very full sounding. More vintage sounding than I would have liked. I desired something with more “bite”. If you are intake the big warm vintage tone, then these will suit you well. I wanted more of a slap happy fix.

Big Singles, Big Tone

I have always loved single coils pickups. They produce such a raw and pure tone that you could never get put of humbuckers. These pickups are no exception. Absolutely amazing and makes my bass sing in a gnarly and beautiful way. Any bass I get from here on out that uses any of the soapbar shape pickups will be getting these in them!
