I first went into the store in Galway and the lady behind the desk was very helpful. She went through the process of ordering online step by step and even printed out the final stage for ne so I knew what it should look like. When I went home to then order online, the process was very straight forward. It didnt take long for the product to arrive and when it did I actually received 2 when I had only ordered 1. Luckily I actually did need 2. Brilliant service all around.
