TIGHT WAISTBAND, THIN CHIFFON

Two thin layers of chiffon with an extremely tight waistband. Hips and length were fine but waistline had little stretch making them too uncomfortable to wear. Returned and paid restocking fee when other Alex pants in my size fit fine.
