Works great

We got this collar because our German Shepard/pitty mix rescue dog is the Houdini of the neighborhood. This dog can get out of his harness in the blink of an eye when he gets spooked, and EVERYTHING spooks him. This collar has made all the difference in his walks as it gives us the means to calm him without a struggle. No more pulling and twisting to wiggle out, just a safe and happy dog.

Outstanding customer service

Chris and Maddie, I received the replacement for my damaged scissor snap collar for my dog last Friday. I would like to say thank you to both of you for the help. Some background: We received our initial collar from a German trainer for our rescue dog about 4 years ago. Using it twice a day for walks and visits to the dog park out in the California desert caused the spring mechanism to snap off. Not surprised considering the usage and heat out here. I wanted to replace what we had and checked your web site. I called at the end of the day but did not leave a voicemail and was surprised when Maddie called me the next day to follow up. Thank you Maddie. I did not have specs on the collar as we received it from our trainer. I was not able to find the scissors version on your web site but Chris sent me to a link to order one. Unfortunately, I ordered the 3.2 mm version and upon receipt, realized it was larger than our original collar. Chris was extremely helpful with the return for the 3.0 mm version which is perfect. We do not order much online because we would like to see the item and feel the item to ensure it is correct. In this case I made a mistake and your customer service team quickly corrected the problem for us. You have the best customer service I have encountered. Thank you again.
