I purchased the smooth black/gold color and I really like the finish and how flexible the leather is. This width is perfect for what I wanted because I find wider belts too big on my petite frame. The buckle shape is understated and the color pairs nicely with the black.

Minimalist Modern Classic
I ordered this belt in a size 30inch length, black with gold belt buckle, to work primarily with my dark coloured dress pants. For reference, I normally wear a size 27/size 4 pant, but the pants I purchased this belt to style with sit below my natural waist. The belt loops on my pants are approx. 2 inches wide, so this belt fits well. It’s neither too narrow nor too wide. This belt has a « transitional » style- neither too masculine nor too feminine. The belt looks even nicer than I imagined and more expensive looking than the website picture depicts. The leather is so smooth and the belt is very well constructed. I was so pleased with the quality, I’ve purchased 3 more Brave belts in 3 other styles!

Amazing quality and style
Overall, I absolutely love my new belt. It is made beautifully and customer service was very helpful with sizing. With that said, I should have paid more attention to the fact that the Nappa leather is quite soft and I should have considered sizing down. I ordered a 32, which was exactly at the 4th of 7 holes when it arrived, but has stretched after a few weeks of wear and 32 inches now sits at the 3rd hold, almost 1.75 inches longer. Not necessarily a problem with my thicker jeans that sit lower on my hips but for my dress pants that sit higher in my waist, I find Im closer to the tightest hole than I expected (partially my own learning curve on sizing I'll admit as well). Definitely don't let this deter you though, it's a beautiful belt, not too narrow, and suits a variety of outfits. Just be sure to consider sizing down.
