Decent Product, Poor Service

So apparently it will cost you $8 to return or $13 to exchange. Unless you click something that I must have missed on the checkout page. Also, the collar I picked is a little big, although the size was "44-88lb dogs", which my dog is 55lbs and the size is a little too big. I would have gone down a size if HS would let me exchange without costing me more $$. It might be easier to provide measurements of the neck and not poundage, or both, since I measured her neck with a tailor's tape. Whatever. I guess I should stick to the local pet stores to make sure that the product I receive is the one I want, and can exchange/return with no additional fees.
