Unfortunately UPS delivered it to the wrong house and we never figured out who it was and that person never brought it to us. Of course that is not Well's fault. Their customer service was 5 stars. They were kind and listened and sent another rug quickly. Unfortunately the rug looks nothing like the photos online. I was hoping for a charcoal rug with vivid details. The rug looks royal blue and the details are very faded. Again, customer service was great but the rug isn't.

Absolutely infatuated!! I’ve been looking for the perfect rug for a long time and finally found it! This rug gives our steep, slippery stairs some traction and completes the look. The color is perfect! The price was right too!
