Fitted Ball Cap Head Hat Ultimate Moisture Wicking

I received the hat through usps. No real damage to the box, but when I opened it the hat had some kind of brown web in it that stained it. I cleaned it as best I could and tried it on for fit. It fit good, but then I noticed the bill was crooked and not sewn straight. The thing is something sharp scraped my head around the ear, and the top my head, you would expect better quality for $40 bucks
