In a word: Satisfying. If you are a fan of blue raspberry, you will appreciate these chewy bon-bon’s from Bristow’s. The consistency and mouth-feel is delightful - very chewy without sticking in your teeth. The blue raspberry flavor starts subtly and builds into a full flavor with just the right amount of tartness so as not to become overpowering. For me, they are much more agreeable to the stomach than other chewy sweets like gummy bears, while also having a more compelling taste. I expect that I will grab another bag or two when I next purchase from British Food Supplies.
