A delightful surprise
I tried the costa rican a while ago and fell in love. I lean towards lighter roasted coffees and ones with more floral/citrus notes usually but this one hits the spot.

Have you been to Costa Rica?
I have, many years ago! Wonderful nation to visit! With excellent coffee! Upon return, we even ordered some to have shipped.
So, I gave this brew a taste! Yes, though it was long ago when I last tried, the taste of this brew reminds me of that I had enjoyed back then! Yum!

Fresh, but off tastes
The beans are very fresh from the farm as you can really get that hazelnut aroma. However, there is a strong papery off taste also likely related to some kind of defect from the origin.
