Comfortable pillow and firm enough that it does help my neck and shoulder pain if I keep both zippers closed. However, I am a side sleeper and unfortunately I am waking up multiple times a night with sore ear cartilage. If I unzip both zippers for a softer feel, my shoulder pain returns. The pillow isnt working for me.
