Easy format to navigate for recipes, lots of history as well. Hummus recipe is outstanding! Looking forward to trying more recipes.

I bought it for a Christmas gift for my mom but had a little peek and it’s so beautiful, it contains recipes but also lots of history, background stories and everything that is beautiful in Gaza.
