Photo Wedding Welcome Sign

My wedding is less than two weeks away, and Chic Signs has completely ruined a major part of it. After receiving a beautiful welcome sign, I trusted them with my seating chart and paid extra for rush processing and shipping. After taking my payment, I was informed that their machine was down and they could no longer fulfill my order. A refund does not fix the problem. There is no longer enough time to order a seating chart elsewhere before my wedding. The alternative design they suggested was tacky, ghetto, and completely different from the elegant vision we spent over a year planning. What should be one of the happiest times of our lives has turned into unnecessary stress and disappointment. We are now left without a seating chart for our wedding because Chic Signs accepted an order they ultimately could not fulfill. We waited over a year to order from this company, and this has been an incredibly heartbreaking experience.
