Concourse Queen

They dont have non-slip on the bottom. I didnt pay $185 to slip in heels all over the place. Customer service also won’t respond to my return email.

customer service: I had a bit of a problem with my size in the beginning but once they (customer service/ Sarah) helped me out, I was able to get the right size NO PROBLEM! product: LOVE IT, so chic. very elegant and simple ("Concourse Queen") for a flight attendant shoe. it fit the flight attendant uniform compliance all black, 3in & absolutely love it. they are not non-slip due to the cute design on the bottom but you could find traction sole for non-slip on amazon (same ones I used for my red-bottoms) can't wait to wear it on the line!

Such a wonderful shoe for work or play! Perfect for flight attendants and gate agents that want that extra *sparkle* and still remain in uniform compliance. I love my shoes! Thank you so much. :)
