Customer service from the team at Exaco has been ABOVE & BEYOND expectations - absolutely OUTSTANDING. The assembly instructions from the manufacturer were that absolute worst we've ever had to endure with any product. Videos however, helped bridge some of the gaps. If the manufacturer is trying to do better in the U.S.market, standard dimensions versus metric would help as well.
