Runs true to size (in my opinion)

The size chart said I should be a large with my measurements but when I got the dress, it was way too big everywhere. I then got a medium (which is what i normally wear) and it fit perfect. My only complaint (which might be the color/fabric combo) is this dress is SO see through.
