This is a great thermo pre workout. Use it mostly for cardio and leg days and it gets the job right. The flavor is on point and love the little kick of spice it has.

I have been using this product daily for the last 30 days. Its a great prework but also an even better thermogenic. I hope you dont mind sweating after your workout is over. 9/10
