The item itself is beautiful but giving it 1 start for customer service. I had purchased 3 of the Hamsa Necklaces and 3 of the Evil Eye Necklaces and only received 1 of each but was charged for all of them. I have sent several emails to customer service telling them I only received 1 set and when will I be receiving other 2 of each but have not heard back. It’s been a week of me trying to reach out to them with no feedback from them . My next step will be to reach out to my credit card company to report this if I don’t hear back from them soon.
