Overall experience was excellent. Jon was very helpful when I was trying to make the best choice of hamper, as my daughter is vegetarian and a non drinker there was no issue in substituting items in the hamper I chose. I had arranged delivery to an hotel in London for my daughters birthday and through no fault of The Sweet Reason Company it was not delivered (Royal Mail fault). When I contact Jon he went above and beyond to get the parcel delivered to my daughters home address in Scotland. I can't thank Jon and his team enough for the effort they put in, in resolving the delivery issue. When my daughter received the hamper she was over the moon with it. I would highly recommend using Jon and his team. Thank you once again for the amazing hamper and all the effort to sort the delivery after Royal Mail let us all down.
