Cuatro Blend

I'm typically a fan of light roasts for my espresso based drinks at home, but at work, I favor dark roasts when I make Cuban coffee for my coworkers during hospital overnight shifts. So far, the Cuatro Blend has been one of our favorites for Moka pot coffee, and clinical staff love it for their cafecitos.
